Job summary

T-Mobile is looking for Mobile Associates to energize a high-traffic retail environment and educate customers on our wireless offerings. You will use digital tools to demonstrate value, identify customer needs, and drive sales while upholding outstanding service standards.

**Education/experience:** High School Diploma/GED; 6 months in customer service or sales is preferred. The role includes extensive training and career growth opportunities with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required (education)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (retail environment preferred)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly‑traffic retail environment and educates customers on T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding to demonstrate value and drive sales.
• Complete training on in-store processes, product knowledge, and store operations; protect and manage kiosk assets and keys.
• Build relationships with local leadership to support customer experience from setup to device support.
