Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced store environment. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey to foster loyalty.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork as you engage customers, use digital tools, and complete training on retail processes and wireless innovations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail preferred.
• Roles in retail require strong communication and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
