Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced setting.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide shoppers through their journey, aiming for exceptional customer satisfaction. You will train on retail processes and wireless innovations, collaborate with team members across channels, and contribute to a positive, high-performance store environment where all teammates

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a Retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to engage customers and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
