Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Retail Associate to engage customers and fulfill their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment, building product knowledge and guiding them through the shopping journey.

You will develop skills in customer interaction, digital tool usage and service plan recommendations, with on-the-job training, performance incentives, and access to extensive benefits including stock grants, 401(k) and health coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
