Job summary

T-Mobile is looking for Mobile Associates to support retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology needs. This role requires building product knowledge and assisting in the shopping journey while measuring success through customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and customer service experience, and will earn a base hourly pay of $18, plus training pay and additional incentives. A wide array of benefits, including medical and 401(k), are offered.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales.
