Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers with technology and service choices in a fast-paced store environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide shoppers along their journey to the right plan and device. You’ll train in retail processes, use digital tools, and collaborate with teammates to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
