Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to bring mobile industrial hardware directly to customers across a defined Tennessee territory. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, perform cold calls, and build lasting customer relationships.

You must reside in the territory, own or lease an approved mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving record. The role requires independence, strong organizational and data-entry skills, and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, preferred.
• Tenured background with a maximum of 3 companies in the last 10 years.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.
• Able to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present solutions using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data integrity: Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
