Genie Matthews and Associates in Pleasant Hill, CA, is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver mobile industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory. This sales role relies on cold-calling and prospecting to grow the customer base and meet aggressive targets.

You must reside in the territory, be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle, maintain a clean driving record, and be physically able to kneel and bend.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background with a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• You must reside within the assigned territory and relocation is not available.
• You must be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle.
• You must maintain a clean driving history.
• Physical ability to kneel and bend to the floor on a regular basis.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and sell by developing new sales prospects and making face-to-face calls near existing customers.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations by keeping the mobile store clean, functional, and reporting daily sales and calls.
• Maintain data integrity by updating customer contact information in company software.
