Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to cover a defined California territory. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, cold-call new prospects, and deliver industrial hardware solutions directly to customers across multiple sectors.

The role requires ongoing prospecting, ownership of a mobile storefront, and a track record of meeting sales targets. A high school diploma is required; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new sales leads and making face-to-face calls.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage the mobile store, including cleanliness, operation, marketing, and daily reports.
• Maintain customer contact information in company software.
