Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales by prospecting and delivering industrial hardware directly to customers in a defined geographic territory. The role requires operating a fully stocked mobile store and maintaining accuracy in customer records within the company software.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong analytical and organizational skills, and a proven ability to work independently with a track record of meeting goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong tenure with a maximum of 3 employers in the past 10 years.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.
• Must have physical ability to kneel and bend to the floor regularly.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers; make face-to-face visits.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and the mobile store.
• Manage operations of the mobile store and submit daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Maintain accurate customer contact information in company software.
