Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales and operate a fully stocked mobile store within a defined territory in Missouri. You will cold-call prospects, present solutions, and manage the mobile store’s operations and reporting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong tenure in industrial sales, and demonstrated ability to work independently toward goals. Local residency in the territory is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background; ideally ≤3 companies in past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new prospects and call on businesses near customers.
• Present solutions using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep mobile store clean, functional, and report sales data.
• Maintain customer data accuracy in company software.
