Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is hiring a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store within a defined geographic area. The role focuses on cold-calling, prospecting, and direct sales to customers across diverse sectors, with a strong emphasis on independence and goal attainment.

You will manage all aspects of the mobile store, including presentation of solutions, daily reporting, and ensuring operational readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new prospects through research, referrals, and calling on nearby businesses.
• Present products and services using samples, demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, and marketing of your mobile store; submit daily reports.
