Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Maryland is seeking a Territory Manager to drive industrial hardware sales in a defined geographic area. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, perform face-to-face visits, and manage sales orders and prospecting activities from the road.

The role requires relocation within the territory (no relocation available) and the ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle. High school diploma required; strong independence and goal attainment are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• No more than 3 positions in 10 years.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calls to businesses near existing customers.
• Present solutions: demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep mobile store clean, operational, and documented with daily sales reports and prospecting activity.
• Data integrity: maintain up-to-date customer contact information in company software.
