Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to lead direct sales of industrial hardware in a defined geographic region using a fully stocked mobile store.

You will prospect, present solutions, and manage operations while maintaining data accuracy across the customer base. A strong drive, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this field-based role.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must reside within the assigned territory; relocation is not available.
• Must maintain a clean driving history and physical ability to kneel and bend.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects near existing customers and make face-to-face calls.
• Present Solutions: Use sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store to showcase offerings.
• Manage Operations: Keep the mobile store clean, functional, and report daily sales activity.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in the company software.
