Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to bring our mobile industrial hardware store to customers in a defined territory.

You will prospect, sell, and demonstrate products using your mobile store, building relationships across transportation, facilities, aerospace, and manufacturing sectors. The role requires residency in the assigned territory, the ability to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle, and a clean driving history.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred, especially in route or industrial sales.
• Strong tenured background with at most 3 companies in the last 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers; face-to-face calls on prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep your mobile store clean, functional, and marketed; submit daily sales reports and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
