Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales for our mobile industrial hardware stores across a defined geographic territory in California. You will prospect, present solutions, and manage a fully stocked mobile store to serve diverse sectors including transportation, aviation, facilities maintenance, and manufacturing.

The role requires you to reside in the assigned territory with no relocation offered and to maintain a clean driving history.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills are essential.
Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.

Responsibilities

Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects near existing customers and make face-to-face calls on prospects.
Present solutions: demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
Manage operations: keep your mobile store clean, functional, and up-to-date; submit daily sales and prospect reports.
Data integrity: maintain accurate customer contact information in company software.
