Job summary

Talent Match Recruiting is seeking a Territory Manager to drive industrial hardware sales within a defined geographic area. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, prospect new customers, and present solutions directly in the field.

Candidates should reside in the territory, be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, maintain a clean driving history, and meet physical requirements for mobile store operations. Prior route or industrial sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, reasoning and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Experience with databases, spreadsheets, and common business apps is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects and call on customers in the territory.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and the mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep the mobile store clean and functional and submit daily sales reports.
• Data integrity: maintain customer contacts and notes in company software.
