Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager in Texas to lead mobile-store-based sales of industrial hardware across assigned customers and routes. You will prospect new clients, present solutions via your mobile store, and manage daily sales reports.

You must reside in the territory, be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving history. The role emphasizes independence and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong stability: max 3 companies in 10 years.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals.
• Must reside in the assigned territory; relocation not available.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
