Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers in a defined Illinois territory. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, perform cold-calling, and build relationships with clients in manufacturing, transportation, and facilities maintenance sectors.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid driving record, and the ability to maintain a mobile storefront, present solutions with demos, and submit daily sales reports.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background, with a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate a history of attaining goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers.
• Present solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily reports.
• Data integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
