Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver mobile industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined Indiana territory, focusing on cold-calling and prospecting to grow market share. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store and build strong customer relationships.

Requirements include a high school diploma, ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and a clean driving history.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Strong job stability with a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Ability to operate a mobile store and meet driving history requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calls on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily reports.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
