Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Territory Manager to bring our mobile hardware stores directly to customers across a defined geographic territory in Illinois and neighboring regions. You will use a stocked mobile store, conduct face-to-face sales, and build lasting customer relationships.

The role requires residency in the territory, the ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background, with a maximum of 3 companies in the past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.
• Ability to work independently and a proven history of goal attainment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects through research and calling on businesses near existing customers.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep your mobile store clean, functional, and report daily sales and prospect activity.
• Maintain accurate customer data in company software.
