Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, where active customer engagement is crucial for success. They are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services.

You will educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and use digital tools to showcase value, while onboarding and training to stay current on products and processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting and educate them on T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value of products and services using digital tools.
• Onboard customers, execute onboarding processes, and support store operations including opening/closing procedures.
• Build relationships with customers and drive sales while maintaining excellent service quality.
