Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to bring the brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, demonstrate solutions, and drive sales in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.

As a Mobile Associate, you’ll use digital tools, complete training, and support on-boarding while delivering exceptional service and meeting quality metrics. Growth opportunities and stock programs are available.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused advocate passionate about balancing customer experience with performance goals.
• Willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders to resolve issues and share best practices.
• 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in customer service or sales in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting; educate and demonstrate T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital tools to showcase value and onboard customers to self-serve features.
• Attend training on products, processes, and systems; review promotions and store updates.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership to support the customer experience.
