Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to drive the brand in National Sales partner locations, engaging customers in a fast-paced retail setting and demonstrating solutions to meet their needs. You’ll use digital tools, educate customers, and showcase products while pursuing strong sales performance and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes building relationships, training on in-store processes, and collaborating with store leadership to support the customer journey and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on the in-store experience, learn new skills, products and processes, and stay customer-ready at all times.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
