Job summary

T-Mobile is expanding its Store-in-Store team inside a warehouse/club kiosk. You will engage customers, educate on devices and plans, and demonstrate features while delivering friendly, high-energy service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Training on store processes and product knowledge will be provided. With a High School diploma and customer service experience, you’ll help customers stay connected and contribute to sales growth while delivering exceptional experiences on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educates customers on value of T-Mobile benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers; attract potential customers and follow up to drive sales.
