Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring for a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate in a fast-paced warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions to customers, delivering outstanding experiences and helping customers stay connected.

The role requires 6 months of customer service/sales experience and a passion for providing exceptional service. A High School Diploma/GED is required, with inclusive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Team oriented with desire to contribute to a high-traffic store team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources; continuously learn and improve skills to provide the best experience.
• At-T-Mobile, we are passionate about providing excellent customer experiences, being friendly, and engaging with customers; attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, handle Be Back processes, and build relationships.
