T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to engage customers in a high-traffic warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and help them stay connected to what matters most.

You will train on products and processes, learn to use digital tools, and contribute to a positive, energetic customer experience that drives sales and loyalty. The role requires a High School diploma and customer service or retail experience.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred).

Aufgaben

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment and educates customers on benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport and loyalty, and drive sales activity and referrals at the location.
