Job summary

Store-in-Store Mobile Associates are the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting, bringing energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while delivering outstanding experiences and helping customers stay connected to what matters most.

As part of a dynamic team, you will learn continuously, perform skills practice, and participate in store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in retail.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and showcase benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems to provide the best customer experience.
• Attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, and build relationships to drive sales.
