Job summary

T-Mobile’s Store-in-Store Mobile Associates serve as the face of the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, passion, and product knowledge to each customer interaction. You’ll educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions in a fast-paced environment while upholding T-Mobile’s Un-carrier culture.

Role emphasizes customer education, relationship building, and sales activities, with training provided and opportunities for growth through incentives and stock grants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting and explain the value of store-in-store benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store processes, products, and systems; apply learnings to improve customer experience.
• Provide outstanding service, build rapport, and drive sales by attracting potential customers and following up.
