Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate to be a front-line ambassador in National Sales partner locations.

You will engage customers in a busy retail setting, educate them on T-Mobile solutions, and use digital tools to demonstrate value and close sales. You’ll complete onboarding training, stay updated on promotions, and collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers while learning store operations and security protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred for retail roles.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools to educate and demonstrate value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use solution-based selling to identify needs and showcase and onboard customers to self-serve tools and the T-Mobile app.
• Complete training on in-store processes, review promotions, and stay customer-ready at all times; assist with store operations and on-site security.
