Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a Territory Manager to sell industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, conduct face-to-face calls, and present products using demos and samples from the mobile store in a targeted region.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and a strong independent work ethic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Tenured background: max 3 companies in past 10 years.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email and common business apps.
• Independent worker with a proven track record of achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects via research, referrals, and calling on nearby businesses; make face-to-face calls.
• Present solutions using sample boards, product demos, and the mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep mobile store clean, functional, and report daily sales/orders.
• Maintain data integrity: keep customer records up to date in company software.
