Job summary

We Do The Search is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers from a mobile, fully stocked store within a defined geographic territory. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and face-to-face sales across various industrial sectors.

Candidates must live in the territory, be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, maintain a clean driving record, and perform physical tasks related to operating the mobile store. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong tenure: ideally max 3 companies in past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and Sell: develop new sales prospects; visit near existing customers.
• Present Solutions: use sample boards and product demos.
• Manage Operations: maintain mobile store and submit daily reports.
• Data Integrity: maintain accurate customer contact info in company software.
