Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will engage a high-traffic customer base, educate on benefits, and drive sales while learning store processes and products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Experience in educating customers and product knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment and educates customers on benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, skills, products, processes and knowledge resources.
