Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment inside a warehouse/club kiosk, educate on products, and drive sales while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

The role includes training during onboarding, eligibility for hourly training pay, advancement to Mobile Expert, and access to stock grants and employee stock purchase plan along with a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales in a retail setting preferred.
• Ability to educate customers, communicate clearly and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate on products.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, learn systems and processes, and share knowledge.
• Provide excellent service, attract customers, and help drive sales activity in location.
