Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience (Retail preferred).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating customers and showcasing T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding; identify customer needs and demonstrate value of products and services.
• Complete training on in-store processes, review promotions, and stay customer-ready; partner with nearby stores to onboard customers and handle store operations.
