T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life at National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers in a busy retail setting, educate on devices and services, and use solution-based selling to meet targets while delivering exceptional experiences.

Required: High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 months in customer service or sales in retail. We offer base pay plus training pay, incentives, and a strong benefits/stock program.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail is required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and effective communication.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Follow up with customers, manage referrals, and maintain strong relationships.
