T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of T-Mobile in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will bring energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a high-traffic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educating and showcasing benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store processes and continuously improve skills.
• Build rapport, attract customers, follow up, collect referrals, and drive sales.
