Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate for its National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers in busy storefronts, educate them on Wireless solutions, and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products while aiming to exceed sales targets.

You’ll complete in-store training, use digital tools to assist customers, and build lasting relationships. A HS diploma and some sales/customer service experience are required; job offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate them, and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to demonstrate value and drive adoption.
• Complete training on in-store processes, products, and systems; stay customer-ready and on-brand.
• Build rapport, follow up with customers, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and support sales targets.
