Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations, engaging with customers in a high-traffic retail environment.

You will educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and leverage digital tools to explain value of products and services. The role requires a High School Diploma and at least 6 months in customer service or retail sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Leverages digital self-serve tools and solution-based selling to demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Completes training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; on-board customers and support store operations.
• Builds relationships with leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
