Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to bring the brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment, demonstrate the value of our wireless products, and guide customers through self-serve tools.

The role emphasizes selling, educating customers, and providing exceptional service. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail setting and demonstrates value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverages digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding; identifies customer needs and applies solution-based selling.
• Completes training on in-store processes, reviews promotions, and stays Customer Ready at all times; supports on-boarding and store operations.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership to support customer experience from setup to account servicing.
