Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Mobile Associates to energize National Sales partner locations, delivering exceptional customer experiences in a high-traffic retail setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and leverage digital tools to maximize value and onboarding success.

You’ll train on products, processes, and systems, build relationships with customers, and collaborate with nearby stores to onboard clients while maintaining high service standards and meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate customers on T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate value of products and onboarding tools.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; review results and updates to stay Customer Ready; onboard customers with store teammates.
