Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to energize a high-traffic warehouse/club kiosk. You educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and drive sales while delivering the unmatched T-Mobile experience.

You’ll complete training, learn products and processes, and build rapport with customers. Base pay is $18/hour with $5 training pay; after training, incentives and stock grants support total rewards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and communicate benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, and processes.
• Build rapport, drive sales, and follow up with customers to foster loyalty.
