Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting, delivering energy, passion and expert customer service. You will engage in a busy retail environment, educate customers on features, complete training, and help drive sales while building relationships.

Requires a High School Diploma and at least 6 months of retail experience; comprehensive benefits and incentive programs are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and educating customers on T-Mobile benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; continuously learn and share knowledge.
• Build rapport and trust with customers, attract potential customers, follow up, and contribute to sales activity across locations.
