Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting, delivering energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction.

You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while ensuring outstanding customer experiences. This role starts with a base hourly pay of $18.00 plus $5.00 per hour training pay, with on-the-job training during the first 90 days and eligibility for an annual incentive.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and education to showcase the value of T-Mobile's benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products and processes, and knowledge of systems and resources; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport with customers, attract potential customers, follow up with referrals, and support sales activity.
