Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of our warehouse/club kiosk experience. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while delivering outstanding customer experiences in a high-traffic setting.

Hourly base pay is $19.50 plus $5 training pay. After 90 days, incentive potential with a target of $18,000/year; guaranteed earnings of $20/hour including incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), stock grants, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools, educating customers, and showcasing the value of T-Mobile's benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; continuously learn and improve skills to provide the best customer experience.
• Builds rapport, drives sales activity, follows up with customers, solicits referrals, and manages Be Back processes while maintaining exceptional service.
