Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to energize a warehouse/club kiosk and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and guide them to solutions that keep them connected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and product knowledge required to educate customers.
• Ability to build rapport and drive sales in a high-traffic environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a busy retail setting, educate and recommend solutions.
• Complete training on store-in-store processes and available products.
• Attract customers, follow up, collect referrals, and contribute to sales activity.
