Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment. Uses digital tools, educates customers, and showcases the value of T-Mobile benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience and products; learn and share knowledge to support store operations.
• Builds rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers; follows up, collects referrals, and forms relationships with new and existing customers.
