Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate for National Retail partner locations. You will engage customers in a high-traffic environment, educate them about T-Mobile solutions, and use digital tools to close sales while onboarding customers to self-serve options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and storytelling to showcase value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate products and services; onboard customers to self-serve using the T-Mobile app.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; stay customer-ready; partner with nearby stores to onboard customers; manage store operations and access to kiosk assets.
