Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized technology and service solutions customers’ needs.
• Demonstrate network coverage, plans, and product features using digital tools.
• Complete training to build knowledge of retail processes and wireless technology.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to provide seamless customer experience.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned by management.
