Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate to engage customers in a fast-paced retail setting, educate them on solutions, and drive sales. You will leverage digital tools, build relationships, and ensure exceptional service while meeting sales targets and using product knowledge to match customers with the right plans and devices.

You will participate in training, onboard customers to self-serve apps, and collaborate with nearby stores to optimize the customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services; onboard customers to self-serve tools and the T-Mobile app.
• Complete training on the in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems; review results and updates to be customer-ready at all times; on-board customers with nearby stores as needed.
• Be customer-obsessed: friendly, engaging, build rapport and loyalty; reach out to drive sales, follow up with customers, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
